Return Policy

All sales are final unless the item is defective upon delivery. Please inspect the item upon receipt make sure its correct for the application as no return will be honoured after 30 days of delivery. (For product defects or performance issues beyond the return period, please refer to our Warranty Policy)

An original copy of the invoice must be provided to us prior to return process. We will not refund or exchange a product because you ‘simply changed your mind’.

 

 

If we determine that your product is defective, we will provide you with a refund. The following process applies to any product you believe is defective:

 

If you believe your product is defective, please contact us by emailing eric@hza-powersteering.com. In the email, please provide your order/invoice number, name, address, and a complete description of the defect (including pictures and/or videos showing the defect).

 

If we determine that your product may be defective, we may require you to return the product to us at your own expense for further inspection, including any proof of purchase, packaging, accessories, manuals, documents or registration information sent with the product, and any other documents or information we reasonably request. We reserve the right to conduct further inspections before determining that a product is defective.

 

If we reasonably believe that the product is not defective, or that the defect is due to normal wear and tear, misuse, failure to use according to the manufacturer's instructions, or failure to exercise reasonable care, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and we reserve the right to deduct costs for product damage caused by improper handling.

 

If we determine that the product is defective, you can choose to have the product replaced or receive a refund (including shipping costs) depending on the nature of the defect. All refunds will be returned to your original payment method unless you request otherwise and we approve such request.
