Q1: What warranty do you offer on remanufactured steering gears?
A: We stand behind the quality of our remanufacturing process. All our steering gears come with a [24-month] warranty. This covers any defects in materials or workmanship. Please note that the warranty covers the replacement part only and does not cover labor costs for installation or removal incurred at third-party garages .

Q2: What should I do if the part I received is faulty?
A: If you experience an issue, please contact us immediately with your order number and a description of the problem (photos or videos are very helpful). Do not attempt to install a part that appears damaged, or re-install a part once removed if a fault is suspected. We will guide you through the warranty claim process, which may involve returning the unit for inspection .
