Q1: Do you ship internationally? How long will shipping take?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times depend on your location and the method selected at checkout:

· Express (UPS/FedEx): Typically 7-9 days.
· Standard Air Shipping: Typically 15-17 days.
  All orders are shipped with tracking numbers, which will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched .

Q2: Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
A: For the United States and Canada, there is a Duty-Paid Delivery (DDP) express service, meaning you don't need to pay any additional customs duties before receiving your package. 

We ship on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis to other country and region unless otherwise agreed. This means the shipping cost covers transportation to your country, but import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and are charged by your local customs office. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

Our Standard Air Shipping supports Delivery After Duty (DDP). If you accept a transit time of more than 15 days and the destination country is within the shipping company's service area (some countries are not covered), you can save costs by using DDP. Please inform us in advance if you require DDP shipping so that we can verify the shipment details.

Q3: What payment methods do you accept for international buyers?
A: We accept PayPal major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via our secure checkout. We also accept wire transfers (T/T) for large volume orders. If you wish to pay by wire transfer, please contact our sales team for a proforma invoice .
